What is the current availability?
We currently have 5 openings available out of 24 total memberships, with 19 already sold. Additionally, we have two rooms available for immediate move-in: one for a male and one for a female. Please contact us through our webform for more details.

Clearwater Ranch is owned by Clearwater Ranch Community LLC (CRC LLC), with up to 24 residents’ families as members. Each family’s ownership subscription is an equity investment that grants perpetual rights to one bedroom for their loved one.

How do I apply for ownership?
To secure one of the remaining memberships, complete the inquiry form on our website. Our team will guide you through the application process, including a discussion of financial details, a tour of the ranch, and an overview of care arrangements.
What type of housing is provided?
Clearwater Ranch features large, single-story homes designed for accessibility and comfort. Each home houses four disabled residents, with separate houses for men and women. Every resident has their own private bedroom, ensuring personal space and dignity.
How is rent handled?
Residents pay monthly rent using their SSI/SSDI income, making the housing financially sustainable. Specific rent details are provided during the ownership inquiry process.
What care support is provided?
Clearwater Ranch (CRC LLC) provides housing only and does not provide or arrange care services. Primary caregiving, such as Independent Living Services (ILS) and Supported Living Services (SLS), is arranged by families through the Regional Center, as in other private housing arrangements. Additional support, such as Day Programs, must also be coordinated independently by families or residents. Programs are available through the Regional Center for daily activities and skill-building.
How are ILS/SLS services arranged?
Families work directly with the Regional Center to secure ILS/SLS services from independent agencies, tailored to their loved ones’ needs.
What happens if my loved one’s care needs change?
The flexible care model allows families to adjust ILS/SLS services through the Regional Center as needs evolve.
What is daily life like at Clearwater Ranch?
Residents enjoy a balance of independence and community. Daily life may include participation in Day Programs, socializing with neighbors, and engaging in ranch activities like gardening or group events. The supportive environment encourages personal growth and connection.
